We start each day off with morning yoga and stretching on the beach, followed by your first surf lesson. We will have approximately one hour of beach training, where you will learn the basics of surfing, as well as ocean safety and surf etiquette. Then it is out to the water to practice and ride that first wave.
Each participant will receive a gift bag supplied by our sponsors. Delicious gourmet lunch is included. Our instructors are CPR and First Aid certified, with a minimum of five years surfing experience.
